Our team of professionals have years of experience in their areas of specialization, and are dedicated to ensuring that the client gets the best possible service at all times.

We presently have a team of 09 full time staff, and engage part time staff as and when the need arises from time to time.

Gilbert S. Kapya is the founder of Darlet Company Limited and currently working as the Managing Director of the company. Gilbert holds a Bachelor of Science in Business IT from the University of Greenwich and has undergone through several professional certification courses and attained relevant awards like Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), Oracle Database SQL Expert, Multimedia/Web & Graphics Design. However, he further developed business and entrepreneurship skills with relevance to Information Communication Technology (ICT), strong interpersonal skills and great sense of humor.

During his career growth path, Gilbert has been working in Tanzania for major ICT firm, advertising agency and educational institutes as Systems Administrator, Creative Designer and a Lecturer respectively for number of years. Having achieved vast experience developed through consistent learning & operational excellence, he then managed a start-up of the firm specializing in ICT and Business Solutions, where he initiated a full re-engineering of company’s operations and marketing strategy.

Gilbert is optimistic and able to overcome complex technical and business challenges and make high-stakes decisions using experience-backed judgment, strong work ethics and irreproachable integrity. He is characterized as visionary, strategist and tactician. However, he participates in high level operational initiatives including, innovation, infrastructure design, process reengineering, and reorganization. As an innovative investor, he uses instincts, insight, judgment and timing to succeed no matter how tough the deal is.

Through his leadership, he has been able to motivate, mentor and lead talented professionals surrounding him to make matters work. He directs cross-functional teams using interactive and motivational leadership that spurs people to willingly give 110% efforts and loyalty to the tasks in hand and deliver professionally.

Glen Joseph is a member of the board of directors for Darlet Company Limited and working as the Director of Corporate Affairs. Currently, he is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration at the United States International University (USIU). He also holds International and Local Recognition Awards through his community development activities, volunteering, research and development and personal initiatives.

Working as the Director of Corporate Affairs, he makes liaison between the Company, General Public and Partners. Glen facilitates and oversees corporate social responsibility activities and building up a positive outlook towards the public. Nevertheless, he has been involved in building up the Corporate Strategic Plan/Framework for the company and featured in the recruitment process. Glen is a Meticulous, prudent, tolerant and diligent person and always delivers in time and in required standards with strong inter-personal communication skills.

Glen has worked with Registered Trustees of the Community Development Services (RTCDS) as a Research and Information Officer; his roles being, giving the Institution a strategic direction, researching on the Institution’s thematic focuses/objectives so as to align them with the status quo, circulating regular updates and information to stakeholders, putting up Project Proposals and preparing Programmatic Report (s). He has also worked with Barclays Bank Tanzania Limited (BBT) as a Lead Generator in the Small and Medium Enterprise (SMEs’) Department. His major roles were to sell Current Business Accounts, Referring and Processing Loan (s) (trade and finance services), selling E-Banking products and recruiting Barclays Business Club members.

He has proved to be a natural leader throughout. He has held various Leadership positions during his Secondary School Studentship being a Student Councilor, Clubs’ Coordinator, Parade Commander, Secretary General of the UN Clubs’ Tanzania Network (UNCTN) and currently; Glen is the Chairperson of USIU Tanzanian Community.

Golda Nyamizi is a member of the board of directors for Darlet Company Limited and working as the Director of Sales & Marketing. Golda is measured as a multifunctional, systematic, dynamic, and ambitious woman. She currently holds a foundation degree in Humanities and Social Development from the Open University of Tanzania. She also acquired an Ordinary Diploma in Gender Issues in Development from the Mwalimu Nyerere Memorial Academy in Dar-es-Salaam. Basing on the skills and knowledge obtained from the Universities Golda has been a dynamic and flexible person in various local institutions as well as International Organizations.

Being a sustainable figure in the Society, Golda has worked with Celtel International Company Limited as a Customer Care Representative for four years and Dealer Hotline Consultant for one year. Working with Celtel has facilitated her to gain enough skills and knowledge on how to deal with customers of different kinds, attitudes, and emotions. Also working with International Telecommunication Company has equipped her with enough knowledge in ICT through working in an International Database Systems.

However, Golda was involved contract base assignments with several organizations like the Board of External Trade (BET) working as a Personal Assistant to the Director’s Office dealing with local and international exhibitors. Currently Golda is involved with Save the Children, an International Charitable Organization under UK–Tanzanian Program working as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. During the whole period of working at SCT she has gained experience and knowledge in cleaning of data which includes verification of data, data reporting in the international database system, working at the fields in various locations with different people with different culture, also still receiving much knowledge especially in dealing with Most Vulnerable People (MVC) and more other knowledge in Monitoring and Evaluation.

Basing on his Philosophical studies’ background in the level of degree awarded by Urbaniana University of Rome Italy, Jackson Coy has strong interpersonal skills, highly adept at diplomatically facilitating discussions and negotiations with stakeholders. This is especially and vividly shown on his current career as a tutor in Philosophical studies at Philosophy unit in the University of Dar-Es-Salaam.

Jackson Coy has Masters Degree in Development Studies from University of Dar-Es-Salaam in Tanzania and currently he is pursuing Masters Degree in Business Administration at the University of Dodoma in Tanzania.

Being highly accomplished Senior Business Analyst with a verifiable track record in Business, academic and community works; Jackson Coy is capable of handling and managing complex projects and exceeding expectations. Practiced in clarify business requirements, performing gap analysis between goals and existing procedure/skill sets, and designing process and system improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Jackson Coy has been working with Congolese Refugees for  more than two years in Western Tanzania with the attachment to UNHCR (United Nations High Commission for Refugees) and WVT( World Vision Tanzania), as the community services officer dealing with youth, sports and culture. On the ground of this experience Jackson Coy has been able to handle emergence activities and implementing strategic plans under difficult environment.

Based on his IT Projects background, Lewis Saliza has vast experience in IT field and Project Management Activities. He is self-motivated and hard working personnel, able to utilize and share knowledge and skills from past experience and from personal knowledge together with facilitating training and responsibilities for the success of relevant private or public sector, so as to attain their goals. Lewis has expertise in Business Intelligence Solutions. This is especially and vividly shown on his current career as a BI Consultant at MIC Tanzania Ltd.

Lewis Saliza has Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science from Kampala International University and has undergone through several professional certification courses and attained relevant awards like Cisco Sales Skills Development (CSSD) and Cyberoam Certified Network & Security Professional (CCNSP).

Working as the IT Project Consultant, his focus has been on quality and ease of use to business ICT systems. He is able to prioritize his workload, able to work on his own or as part of the team and he can deal with administrative issues competently. Lewis has strong analytical and inter-personal communication skills.

Lewis has worked with major ICT firms, Telecom companies, Banks and several government ministries in Tanzania as a Project Manager and also a Consultant. His roles involved; mapping business problems into solutions, translating business requirements into technical modules, gathering end-user’s requirements, design and develop solutions to business computer-based problems and delivering on demand project reports.

He has proved to be a strong project-team leader, works to ensure that always the projects run in-time and on budget. He has been an advisor in various ICT Projects in the Banking and Telecom domains.

Fanuel Kaleya is an IT Professional graduate, having successfully completed an International Advanced Diploma in Information Technology (IT) given by National Computing Centre (NCC) based in Manchester, UK where he developed the Internet Systems Security and Administration skills and vast knowledge in Enterprise Networking, Business and Information System Management. Adding to his skills, Fanuel has attended a CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) professional certification.

At Darlet Fanuel works as an IT Systems Engineer where he is able to plan, design, execute and support network and computing infrastructure. He has abilities and skills required to overcome major technical problems and advice on better solutions.

Fanuel has worked with major ICT firms, Educational Institutes and Banking Industry as System Engineer, IT Lecturer and Network and Infrastructure Manager respectively, where he gained hands-on experience working and exposed in IT environment. Fanuel is smart, trustworthy, reliable and hard working professional able to work diligently on critical situation and deliver.

James Njiu is among of the IT professionals graduate successfully awarded by the University of Staffordshire, UK with specialism in Computer Network systems. Furthermore, apart from the degree course, he has also attended Cisco Certified Network Associate and awarded the CCNA certificate which is among of the key training experience for designing, installing, troubleshooting as well as maintenance of various computer network systems with their respectful technologies.

At Darlet Company, James works as the Senor Systems Analyst whereby leads the team towards deliverance of standardized information technology systems to cater various dynamic challenges such as securing local area network systems on both wired and wireless connections, remote access management, data management and email servers administration systems.

As working experience, James has been part of the technology teams at National Social Security Fund (NSSF) head office as network and hardware engineer as well as National Bank of Commerce (NBC) head office as banking business application and infrastructure officer. The combined working experience enhances team participation at Darlet Company towards provision of sophisticated technological solutions to meet customers’ expectations in their business projects.
